Richardson | Ober Welcomes Juliana Famili

Juliana Famili, Esq., comes to Richardson | Ober with a background in Real Estate Law and litigation. Juliana joins our growing general counsel team and will assist R | O community association and real estate clients throughout California.

Juliana’s true passion is real estate law.  She relies on her experience with multi-family residential properties, litigation and dispute resolution to resolve a wide range of challenging corporate and real estate issues for community associations.  

Juliana is described by her colleagues as positive, professional and always respectful yet meticulous with remarkable attention to detail. Her unique background in dispute resolution provides Juliana with the ability to resolve legal disputes in a reasonable, common-sense manner with sound, practical solutions, while achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.

Juliana is a graduate of the University of Oregon in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration.  She received her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School.
