Oct 15, 2024Boutique real estate law firm with statewide and national reputation has an exciting opportunity for a motivated associate with 6 to 10 years of experience to handle real estate and homeowner association litigation matters. The position offers immediate hands-on experience in complex real estate and homeowners association matters.
We seek an attorney who is passionate, ethical, and committed to growing in their practice. In turn, we offer a welcoming, and congenial environment allowing firm members the opportunity to rise to his or her fullest potential.
Practice areas include homeowner association representation as well as representation of non-HOA property owners, brokers, and developers. The firm is committed to providing clients with exceptional legal counsel and outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and a commitment to client advocacy.
Position Requirements:
- J.D. from ABA-accredited law school
- 6 to 10 years of law firm or equivalent experience
- Experience in discovery and law and motion
- Ability to research, analyze, and act with minimal supervision
- Self-starter, outstanding listener and excellent oral and written communicator
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to work at a pace necessary to manage and maintain active workload/caseload while providing excellent client service
- Customer service oriented, client focused
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn
- Ambition to grow professionally
- Proficiency in Word and Outlook and ability to learn other software programs
