Partner Matthew Gardner Accepted into the College of Community Association Lawyers
Aug 27, 2024Congratulations to Partner Matthew A. Gardner on being admitted to the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL).
As a Fellow of the College, Matthew joins an elite and prestigious group of CAI member attorneys who have distinguished themselves through significant contributions to the practice of community association law, and who have committed themselves to high standards of ethical conduct.
“We are proud to have three attorneys in our firm who are part of this select group,” shares Kelly Richardson, Esq., CCAL. “Matthew has developed a strong reputation as a leader in educational and legislative efforts on behalf of the common interest development housing sector and deserves this honor.”
Of the thousands of attorneys practicing community association law in the United States, fewer than 175 have been granted membership in the College. Fellows of the College distinguish themselves through contributions to the development of community association law. Their service is demonstrated by a commitment to educate and empower boards and residents of the more than 365,000 community associations across the country.
Matthew will be recognized at the ceremonial induction into the College during the 2025 Community Association Law Seminar at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, January 31st – February 1st, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. We look forward to seeing all our CAI members, colleagues, and friends at this event.
From all of us at Richardson | Ober, welcome to the College and congratulations!
