Richardson | Ober LLP is a growing boutique law firm specializing in Real Estate and Community Association (HOA) law. We are seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join our Pasadena office.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of real estate and HOA litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take depositions, and argue motions
- Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court
- Work directly with clients while collaborating with our experienced legal team
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of litigation experience (real estate, HOA, construction defect, business, or landlord-tenant preferred)
- Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
