Richardson | Ober Expands Legal Team with Senior Associate Linda Kuiper

Please join us in welcoming Linda Kuiper, Esq. as a Senior Associate at Richardson | Ober.

Linda brings over twenty years of broad legal experience in real estate and community association law. Together with her extensive general counsel, litigation and dispute resolution experience, Linda offers  Richardson | Ober clients a wide range of transactional, corporate counsel, and litigation experience. Her background includes residential and commercial real estate, common interest developments, corporate governance, landlord/tenant matters, affordable housing, bankruptcy, litigation, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Richardson | Ober, Linda practiced with AmLaw 100 and boutique firms, and also served in in-house roles. She is admitted to practice before all U.S. District Courts in California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.

Linda earned her B.A. in Honors Political Science from the University of Michigan in three years and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she served as an Editor of the International Law Journal. She has also completed additional professional training at the University of Southern California and Pepperdine University, with a focus on dispute resolution.

Outside of her practice, Linda is an active community volunteer and has supported organizations such as Channel Islands National Park, Special Olympics, and the Cancer Support Community. She is the proud parent of two children and enjoys hiking, theater, live music, and keeping up with the BBC.
