Thushari S. Fernando is a Collections Manager with Richardson|Ober LLP. During her 10+-year career, she has amassed extensive experience in administration and financial services and has considerable experience in Civil Litigation. She graduated from the National University Los Angeles California and obtained her ABA-approved Paralegal Specialist Certificate.

Prior to joining R|O, Thushari worked for various financial institutions and law firms in the field of collections. Most recently, she was a paralegal in charge of collection litigation and judgment enforcement, handling a portfolio of over 1,000 matters.
